RETURNS (change of mind)

If you have received an item and it's not quite right for you, we are happy to accept unused items in the original packaging returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Please wrap any items for return carefully - especially lampshades and breakables! Please obtain a proof of postage. Note that the postage fees for returns are your responsibility unless the item is damaged and you have contacted us in advance of this.

 

Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt.
